Our Story
Jesus Family Chapel – Atlanta is a branch of Jesus People’s Revival Ministries, commissioned in 1982 by Reverend Solomon A. James in Nigeria, West Africa. After spending one year in prayer on a prayer retreat mountain, Rev. James received the commission in 1987 to establish the church arm of the ministry known as Jesus Family Chapel.
Since then, the ministry has continued to grow with a mission centered on preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching deliverance and spiritual warfare, and establishing Bible-believing victorious churches around the world.
Our Vision
Our vision is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations, teach deliverance and spiritual warfare through biblical truth, and establish Bible-believing victorious churches that strengthen believers and transform lives.
We are committed to being a place where people who are hurting, discouraged, frustrated, or searching for hope can find love, acceptance, encouragement, spiritual direction, and restoration through Jesus Christ.
